Over & Under Quilt

If you LOVE traditional quilting designs quilted on a more modern quilt, then this will be YOUR class! Join me in this class and we will piece a very simple - though complex looking - quilt top and quilt it with templates to make the very traditional Double Cable quilt design. This is where the saying "Quilting Makes the Quilt" is absolutely true! Everyone who looks at your finished quilt will RAVE about your quilting skills!

This class will be using the Simple Cable Template from Longarm University to make the cable quilting patterns. You will learn how to quilt the Single Cable design (two versions), the Double Cable design and how to make Double Cable curved borders using the No Math, No Measure border method. This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced quilters who are comfortable using templates, or would like to learn how to use templates, on their longarm or midarm quilting machines. You will need a workspace of at least 9 inches to use the templates and stitch the designs. You will need an extended base unit for your machine to be able to use the templates needed for this quilt.

For this online class we will be using:

      Longarm University 4 inch Simple Cable template set
       2 inch Narrow Stencil Grid and the
      Six inch Feather Guide template set.

The Over & Under Quilt - Double Cable Version, Online Class is:
