New Year's Day 2021 Mystery Quilt Along!
This class is open to ALL machine quilters!
The Winter Stars quilt is easy to piece and there is a bit of "open" space, which is perfect for filling in with quilting!
Use a dark background fabric to mimic the dark winter night and bright white fabric for the stars. Your stars (or snowflakes) will shine brightly!
All the quilting is done FREE HAND and it looks fantastic! The quilting is a combination of feathers, pointed arches and free hand wavy cross hatching.
You can make your feathers any way you would like. You can do the hump, hump, bump feathers, hooked on feathers, swirled feathers, fern feathers or even the traditional longarm feathers. ANY style of feather will look great on this quilt!
